1. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Payment must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept the payment methods and currencies displayed on our website, including local currencies offered at checkout.

Prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) for reference, but you may complete your purchase in your local currency. Exchange rates are determined by your payment provider and may vary slightly at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over HKD 320. Standard shipping fees apply to orders below this threshold.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, postal services, weather, or peak seasons.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We cannot reroute or refund orders due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses.

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, which are outside our control.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient (buyer).

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days upon delivery, only for manufacturing defects or transit damage.

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once worn. Clearance items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photos.

All returned items including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings must be unused, undamaged, kept in original packaging and with all tags intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or shipped incorrectly by us.

5. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. Slight color variations may occur due to different screen displays and lighting conditions.

Sizing measurements are provided as a guide only. Individual fit may vary.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, images, text, logos, and branding — is the property of BLOOMIE and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your order, including delivery delays, lost packages, or customs issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
