How to start a return or exchange

1. Ensure all items are unworn, undamaged and kept in original packaging.

2. Send us a message with your order number and request.

3. We will guide you through the process step by step.

Important notes

1. Returns & exchanges are only available for issues regarding manufacturing defects or transit damage.

2. All accessories including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, rings must be returned in brand-new condition.

3. Clearance items and personalized pieces are final sale, not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

5. We will process your refund or exchange promptly after we receive and inspect your items.
