We are delighted to offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders over HKD 320. Standard shipping fees apply to orders below this threshold. Each parcel is carefully handled to ensure your pieces arrive beautifully and securely.

Delivery Times

Hong Kong: 5–8 business days from dispatch

International: 10–20 business days, depending on your location, local customs processing, and postal service transit times.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number for basic postal updates. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot reroute packages once they leave our studio.

While we take every measure to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs inspections, flight availability, postal disruptions, or peak seasonal periods (November–February). We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in such cases.
